Military training should be free and encouraged for all citizens. Not joining the army – just training. Use of materials to build shelter, some medical training, surviving outdoors, handling a gun (optional) and then you have a competent citizen body ready and better trained in the event of disasters and conflict – and you have LESS of a standing army holding guns looking for a fight.                   Partnergy

We should have free public transit. Once a rider-ship quota  is reached – you sell ad space to make money, which will be sold at a higher rate as more people will be riding the bus/subway/etc.

The voting system should change to 2 votes. One for your local representative – and one for the leader of the party (who would be running for PM, or premier as the case may be). No unelected politicians, yet more say in who does what.  Then take the actual share of the popular vote – and use that to fill the senate. So the green party for example gets some representation one way or another…

Financial penalties attached to criminal behavior should be a percentage of the defendant’s wealth, not a flat rate. So, if you make five times as much money as I do – your speeding ticket would then cost you five times as much as mine would.
